Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the Philippines takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ₱99 nationwide.

• Free Shipping: Orders ₱1,000 and above qualify for free shipping.

• Courier Partners: We ship via trusted couriers such as LBC, J&T Express, etc.

• Delay Disclaimer: Ursimus Clo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen events.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under these conditions:

1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with tags.

2. Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. To qualify for a return or exchange due to damage or defect, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

   • The sealed package

   • The shipping label / waybill

   • The full process of opening and inspecting the item

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may be rejected.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

• Items showing signs of use, washing, alterations, or intentional damage may be ineligible for refund or exchange.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at urzojasper@gmail.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return or exchange

   • Unboxing video (if claiming damage/defect)

2. Wait for our confirmation with instructions for returning the item.
